Who qualifies

Wholesale passes are available to professional florist and design businesses in Michigan who need bulk purchasing in growers bunches. We require a minimum of 3 bunches per order on a regular basis.

We do not offer wholesale passes to the general public. If you need flowers for a one-time event, check out our DIY bucket options.

How ordering works

Pre-orders: Submit through your dashboard up to a month in advance. We coordinate with farmers to have your inventory ready at harvest.

Weekly stock: New inventory drops every Monday — shop what’s available that week. Great for flexible floral needs.

Pickup is Wednesdays in Perry, MI, 9am–12pm. We can occasionally accommodate other days when needed.

What’s different about seasonal sourcing

Because we only sell Michigan-grown flowers, this requires more flexibility than ordering from a traditional wholesaler. You’ll be designing with Mother Nature — not ordering from a year-round catalog.

We recommend building recipes around your palette rather than specific flower types. Review our seasonal guide to understand monthly availability.

What we’re not

Our team is small. We can’t offer on-demand personal sales rep services, and we don’t keep bulk inventory sitting in a cooler waiting to be sold. Our model is designed to cut waste, skip the middlemen, and keep quality high.

This structure may not fit everyone — and we’re upfront about that. But for florists who want the freshest, highest-quality local stems and are comfortable with seasonal flexibility, there’s nothing else like it in Michigan.

I am applying for a wholesale member buying pass with the Michigan Flower Barn and am a qualified professional florist or design business located in Michigan. MFB is juried to review all buyer applications. Buyer membership is good for one season from the date you are approved (Late April – Early October). Submitting this application agrees that all of the information above is correct.
