Buckets of farm-fresh blooms — DIY event flower mixes

All DIY Bucket of Bloom orders and perishable floral item sales are final, no refunds. Michigan Flower Barn provides high-quality, locally grown flowers curated based on seasonal availability and the selected color preference if applicable to purchased DIY bucket type. Exact shades, stem counts, and flower varieties are not guaranteed or available for customization with any DIY bucket item. Natural variation is expected when working with farm-grown flowers. Michigan Flower Barn reserves the right to substitute flower and/or foliage varieties or shades as needed, based on availability, weather, and crop conditions. Substitutions are made only when necessary. Order cancellations requested 30 days or more before pickup may be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are not refundable. Once flowers leave Michigan Flower Barn, all responsibility for proper handling, storage, and care transfers to the customer. Michigan Flower Barn is not responsible for damage product while in the customers care that may be caused by heat, dehydration, improper storage/transport, or delayed use. If there is a true quality or damage issue (such as widespread damage or unusable flowers), it must be communicated at pickup or within 24 hours of picking up the order, along with photo documentation to MFB for an option of replacement stems or a refund. Any replacement, refund or partial credit applies only to unused, full buckets mixes that have not been handled, cut, arranged, or designed with. Preference-based concerns of items in DIY flower mixes — such as wanting more of a specific color, disliking a particular flower type, or requesting swaps and exchanges of flower color and types before and during pickup are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for replacements, credits, or substitutions.

Your DIY Bucket of Blooms order will be prepped by being sorted and condensed for transportation, provided in 3 gallon floral bucket(s) with water. Buckets are for the customer to keep. Upon arrival, the customer should enter at the marked field entrance, north of the barn, where designated parking and a customer entrance is marked. All DIY flower orders must be transported in an air-conditioned vehicle. Transport in a truck bed, trunk, or non–climate-controlled space is not permitted. Customers must pick up orders during the time slot selected at checkout. Michigan Flower Barn is a fully operating farm only open to customers with scheduled orders. To ensure your order is properly prepped, we ask that you arrive at your scheduled pickup time. MFB cannot accommodate unscheduled, early or late order arrivals. We do not offer extended hours and cannot remain onsite for late arrivals, any orders not picked up at the scheduled time are not guaranteed to be held. No pets and no smoking are permitted anywhere on the premises. By entering and using the Michigan Flower Barn space, the Customer assume full responsibility for their own safety and conduct. The Farm is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property that may occur on the premises.

Completion of this order with payment by the customer agrees to the details for terms, conditions and items of the order, all sales are final.
