Native Switch Grass (Panicum virgatum) has a conical shaped seed head that carries small burgundy bead like seeds with bright orange anthers. The branching structure of this grass's seed head is light and airy displaying a light 'twinkly bits' texture.

As the farm too has had many facets, from a dairy and field crops, to vegetables and maple syrup it's from this background along with our regenerative management practices that I now have an opportunity to share what I am most passionate about from a place I love.
