The Farmer's Notes

Soft green, white
Cut-leaf Teasel distinguishes itself by showcasing the unique thistle-like head with a heavier set of green bracts reminiscent of Kermit the Frog's collar! It's blooms are white and also open from the center of the seed head out to the top and bottom. Bumble bees and birds love these plants and so will you.
**Designer Notes:
- The 15 st. bu. is made exclusively of stems with the smaller seed head but with a uniform longer stem length.
-This item has small thorns that are best removed by hand with gloves, by hanging on to the stem at the cut end, holding it upside down and stripping the stem toward the bloom head(think opposite of stripping rose thorns). Advise against rose strippers, they will damage the tender green stem.

Hello, my name is Jennifer and I welcome you to join me in the next stage of my floral journey here in Howard City, Michigan on my family's farm of 64 years. From landscaper to florist, floral wholesale to growing, my seasons have been filled with wonderful experiences within the world of flowers.
As the farm too has had many facets, from a dairy and field crops, to vegetables and maple syrup it's from this background along with our regenerative management practices that I now have an opportunity to share what I am most passionate about from a place I love.
